Temperature measurements by H2-CARS in the reactive zone of a plasma test reactor for hydrocarbon synthesis

The application of coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) to an electric are test reactor is described in which acetylene synthesis in analogy to the large-scale industrial process is .studied. We report on spatially resolved measurements of H₂-CARS spectra, the comparison with calculated spectra, and the determination of temperatures in the reaction zone.Dedicated to Prof. Rudolf Wienecke on the occasion of his 65 birthday.     

The Synthesis and Structure of Silica-Sodalite from Nonaqueous Systems

A silica polymorph, silica-sodalite was synthesized from a nonaqueous system NaOH-SiO2-C2H4(OH)2 and its chemical compositionwas determined to be Si12 O24,2C2H4(OH)2 by the X-fluorescence,thermogravimetric and organic elemental analyses. The single crystal X-ray diffraction structure determination of the silica-sodaliteshowed that the silica-sodalite is cubic, spacing group I23 and unitcell parameter a= 8.8354A. The IF and solid state high resolution Siand 13 C NMR spectra of the silica-sodalite were measured and discussed .

Zusammenfassung Die Kondensation von 2,6-Diacetylpyridin undm-Phenylendiamin in Gegenwart von Scandium(III)perchlorat als Matrix liefert einen neuen makrocyclischen Komplex der Zusammensetzung ScL(ClO₄)₃·4H₂O (L=Me₄ bzo ₂ pyo ₂[20]octaen-N₆).

     

含铜MCM—41型分子筛的合成与表征

本文首次合成出一种具有MCM-41型结构的中孔（mesoporous）CuMCM-41分子筛，通过XRD、骨架IR、紫外漫反射、电子自旋共振、固体魔角核磁、TG—DTA等测试结果，表征铜（Ⅱ）在分子筛中四面体配位和八面体配位形式共存。

N,N′-苄基-1,2二胺合铜的合成和晶体结构及与DNA的相互作用(英文)

A ligand,(N,N′-dibenzylethane-1,2-diamine)(L),and its complex with copper acetate was synthesized and characterized by some spectral analyses.The copper ! ion is six-coordinated and exhibites octahedral coordination geometry,the coordination atoms are four nitrogen atoms from two(L) ligands and two carboxyl oxygen atoms from two acetic acid groups,respectively.After studying the interaction of the complex with calf thymus DNA through UV and fluorescence spectra,we can find that there is a strong binding and a large affinity berween the complex and calf thymus DNA.CCDC: 649416.     

Synthesis and Bioactivity of Novel Fluorinated Heteroaromatic Ureas

In order to find new urea cytokinins, a series of novel fluorinated heteroaromatic ureas have been designed and synthesized. The crystal structure of 3g was further determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction to obtain the structural feature of this class of urea compounds. The preliminary bioassay showed that some title compounds have good cytokinin activity.

利用已知Gelonin的氨基酸序，逆向推算出整个基因的碱基序列，根据E.coli的密码子偏爱性和后续基因克隆的需要，通过沉默突变设计相应的酶切位点和碱基序列，将整个基因分为四段，每个片段约175－220pb，每一个片段中的互补链从5′末端用化学合成100－120的碱基单链，其中两个链的3′末端有20个互补碱基。利用T4DNA聚合酶酶促添补成双链DNA，用分子克隆技术，分别构建重组子，然后再构建成含整个Gelonin基因的表达载体pET-gel进行表面，经诱导后，获得了一个28000的重组蛋白，并主要以可溶形式存在。     

New Facile Synthesis of 2-Aryloxy-5-(2-furfurylidene)- 4H-imidazolin-4-ones

Many N-heterocycles including 4H-imidazolin-4-ones exhibit biological activities1-3. Some derivatives of 5-(2-furfurylidene)-4H-imidazolin-4-one were found to show good antiinflammatory activity4. They can be synthesized by condensation of furfural with 5- unsubsituted 4H-imidazolin-4-ones or from corresponding oxazolones5,6.
